CA. Praveen Gupta, B.Com. (Hons.), FCA

CA. Praveen Gupta, has an overall experience of 10 years. He has been extensively working in the area of indirect taxation especially Service Tax and GST for last 3 years.

After successful completion of certification course of GST with ICAI, he has taken up lot of practical cases, queries and GST implementation issues related with different industries. He has conducted various seminars on GST for trade associations and delivered corporate presentations. He has written articles on GST, published through various professional websites in our fraternity and on blogs.

Earlier during the course of his professional career with ICICI Bank spanning 6 years, he has extensively worked on Project Finance, Corporate Financial Planning, Short Term/ Long Term Borrowing and Accounting and financial analysis along- with middle and senior level management.

CA. Gaurang Goyal, B.Com. (Hons.), FCA

Gaurang Goyal is practicing Chartered Accountant since 2012. He did his graduation, Hons. degree in Finance from University of Delhi. He has rich and diversified experience in the field of Institutional Audits including Bank Audits, Viability Gap Audits, Stock Audits etc.

He is actively involved in Management Consulting to various Cold Chain Projects for ways of achievement of Economic Viability in such fields. With this rich experience he was appointed as consultant to Small Farmers' Agribusiness Consortium, Ministry of Agriculture for conducting financial assessment of Agro Industry Projects. Mr. Goyal also facilitated development of International Business Territories for Business houses operating in India. Institute of Chartered Accountants of India was pleased to appoint him convener to the Standing Committee on Accounting Standards in 2013.

With him we are serving on various Bank's panels for conducting Stock & Book Debts Audit Assignments for large Companies of different industries.

CA. Vikram Mittal, B.Com. , FCA

CA. Vikram Mittal practicing since January 2012. He has been performing wide range of assignments mainly in the field Direct Tax Consultancy for 8 years. He is also handling Tax Audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audits. He did his graduation from Delhi University in B.Com. He has also completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit (CCCA) from ICAI.

He has been consistently appearing and representing cases before Income Tax Authorities. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound accounting background with in depth knowledge of Direct Taxation in India, has enabled him to specialise in handling various complex cases.

CA. Meetika Aggarwal, B.Com. (Hons.), FCA, DISA

CA Meetika Aggarwal holds a degree in B.Com(Hons.) from Delhi University and a member of ICAI since 2014. She has been working in the area of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit and Concurrent Audits. She has also experience in preparing Project Report for Investment/Bank Borrowings and ROC work.

She is DISA certified and successfully completed IFRS Certification Course from ACCA and also has good knowledge of the latest accounting software like Tally ERP9, SAP, Cognos, Oracle R12, Hyperion (HFM).
